Composer, jazz musician, producer and now cinematographer and director, Dan Gil has played with the likes of Ryan Cayabyab, Smokey Mountain, Grace Nono, Johnny Alegre and Bob Aves, and has composed and arranged and produced for the likes of Bituin Escalante, Nikki Gil, Raymund Marasigan and many others.
He has scored several films, one of which won Best Music in a Foreign Feature at the New Jersey Garden State Film Festival in 2009.He took directing and cinematography workshops in NYC and studied as well under Mathew Rosen at IIFA.
He has directed several music videos and commercials and also a music show for children. Currently, Dan is working on his indie Film for 2011 as writer, director, cinematographer and composer.
